Contact our world class support and let us help you solve any issue. When you are a LicenseWatch customer, please log your support case by logging in at the Customer support page. Make sure you have your license key in your profile so that you are automatically able to access the support site.

Registered partners log in at the Partner support page.

After registering your support case you will be able to follow what is happening with it online by coming back to the support portal. Our support team will also get in touch with you directly by telephone should this be necessary to quickly resolve any support incident.

Our normal support hours are from 8:00am to 17:00 European Standard Time.
